For shipping PC-Koolance offers the expertise of TNT and we use their fees to calculate the costs for shipment.
By confirming the order you agree that the shipment is a service provided by a third party, that we initially pay for you, therefore cannot be reclamed when for any reason goods are returned to us.
On request of the customer we are willing to use the service of another expeditor.
SERVICE: On behalf of the customer we will look for cheaper methods of shipment.
Payment
For our Dutch customers we offer two methods of payment;
Cash on delivery (rembours), or
via banktransfer in advance

Under all Circumstances costs for the transfer of money are for the customer, untill full amount is received the order will not be processed.
For our customers within the EER: European Economical Area, using the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT codes and the option SHA (shared costs, when available) transfers upto 50.000 euro are free of any costs.
It is the customers responsibility to check whether his/her country belongs to the EEA.
In some occassions we accept Paypal, in that case we charge a 3% handling fee over the total amount for administration costs.
